All orders take 7-18 business days to be processed (unless I state otherwise or you require me to order certain charms/beads). If you are in a rush or patience is not your thing, then MyKOBEintheSKY is not for you! Shipping is an additional 3-5 day(s)!! All items purchased during a sale is FINAL and SOLD AS IS. Any adjustments made will come with a recreate fee after your first order.
All bracelets and watch bands are made to fit 7.5-8in wrist. If a customer requires a smaller or larger wrist size, they need to leave a note @ checkout or click CHAT WIITH US to leave needed information. Once order ships, it is to late for free adjustments unless it is your first order. If a customer receive their custom item, as is, and have sizing issues they will then have to pay the repair fee plus shipping fees (to me and back to them).
Before adding items to your cart, please be sure to read the description of that item, to make sure the item you are choosing will be the right piece for you. Especially with the watch bands! Once orders have been placed, I can not make any changes, nor can I cancel/refund any orders. Please be sure of your purchase before completing all the steps during checkout!
